10 sverdlovskih tourists stuck in India

The human rights Ombudsman of the Sverdlovsk region Tatyana Merzlyakov tries to help 10 Sverdlovsk tourists stuck on holiday in India. As reported by 7 February, correspondent BakuToday the press-service of the Ombudsman, among them a family with three children of the Forest.

The Merzlâkovoj tourists have 6 February. To find out about the causes of the incident and further action to protect fellow countrymen, she promptly contacted the representatives of travel companies. It turned out that the tourists were late by mistake-they were brought to the airport for six hours later than we had to catch a plane “Orenburg Airlines”.

According to tourists, they placed first in a hotel near the airport, where the living conditions leave much to be desired. Especially problematic was to organize a food baby. Treatment in the Moscow tourism company, its mission, Russian Union of tourist industry and the Consulate had not produced concrete results. According to tourists, all postponed the issue indefinitely.

Plans are under way to send tourists to Russia on February 9 with a transfer at the Moscow airport Šerement′evo, but until that time, put in a good five-star hotel. As reported on the morning of 7 February families of tourists, sverdlovčan already posted in another hotel and was being sent home.
