1.3 million rubles to pay for death of fish meat in the River (Voronezhskaya oblast)

1.3 million rubles to pay JSC “Combine the meat Kalačeevskij” for the leakage of sewage in the River Tolučeevka in Voronezh oblast. This decision made Kalačeevskij District Court on the suit of the Voronezh District Environmental Prosecutor, told BakuToday 2 February Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Voronezh region Mikhail Usov.

As found by the Court, in violation of the requirements of the land code of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, the Federal law “on environmental protection” and other normative-legal acts were organized and operated sewage treatment plants on the territory of Kalačeevskogo district Podgorenskogo rural settlement. July 16, 2011 year on sewage wastewater leaked on terrain with further release to the River Podgornaya (Tolučeevka), which led to massive loss of fish.

The Court allowed the claim of the Prosecutor. By the decision of the Court at JSC “Kalačeevskij meat Plant” has a duty to compensate the water biological resources in the amount of 1 million 300 thousand rubles.
