Magerromaov reported that the companies do not comply with national interests when preparing television and radio programs. Additionally, they violate laws concerning the "Azeri Language" as well as advertising laws.
Magerramov stated that the Council prepared a record of TV channels. While the registration activities began late last year, some companies have not registered - Lider TV, Lenkoran TV, Hayal TTV, Aygund TV, Azad Azerbaijana, radio Lider 107 FM, Europe +, and Antenn-101.

The registering of TV companies will help track those working without licenses or with expired licenses as well as those with illegal founding documents. In particular, 70% of B&B belongs to an American company. Due to non-compliance, B&B was suspended for 1 month.
