22 billion rubles transferred Murmansk customs in the federal budget in six months

For the 6 months of 2011 in Murmansk customs transferred to the federal budget of Russia for more than 22 billion rubles.

According to the Murmansk customs, foreign trade turnover in the region of Murmansk customs for the first half amounted to more than $ 4.2 billion. In general, over the past period of 2011 in value terms, the foreign trade turnover decreased compared to the first half of 2010. The share of exports in foreign trade turnover decreased compared with the results of the same period last year and is 93.9%, or $ 3.9 billion. The share of imports climbed to 6.1%, or 257.9 million dollars.

According to customs statistics, in January-June 2011, foreign trade operations in the region of Murmansk customs were carried out with 66 countries of the world – Germany, Belgium, Britain, USA, Finland, Norway, China, Lithuania, South Africa and others. The biggest economic partner of the foreign countries are the Netherlands, which accounted for 55% of the total foreign trade turnover. From the CIS foreign trade was conducted with Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Armenia.

The main exported goods are non-ferrous and ferrous metals and articles thereof; products of mineral origin. The share of food and raw materials for their production totaled 1.32% of the value of exports, of which 1.31% was product group “fish and crustaceans.” The main imported products are food products (including products of sea fishing), ferrous metal products, engineering goods (industrial equipment, special machinery, spare parts, tools), chemical products (raw materials for production processes, products made of rubber). More than 45% of import value is machine-building products, ships, boats and floating structures, electrical and mechanical machinery, equipment and spare parts for them.
