Oleg Borohov Born in 1966 in Chita. Graduated Lipetsk Polytechnic Institute the specialty “Industrial and civil construction, civil engineer.” He began his career in 1990, a master plot of SMU-2 Trust “Spetsstroy” in Lipetsk. In this construction company working in various positions until 2005. He then worked in the inspection of state construction supervision of the Lipetsk region. In December 2008 he was appointed deputy head of the inspection. From January 2011 to the present time was the acting head of the regional inspectorate. He is married and has two daughters.
