Azerbaijan Confirms Detention of Azpetrol Head
BAKU. Oct 19 (Interfax-Azerbaijan) - The Azerbaijani National Security Ministry has confirmed reports of the detention of Rafik Aliyev, the head of Azpetrol oil company. No reasons were given for his detention.
