Driver sentenced to 3 years for the death of the passenger (Tyumen region)

 

In Tyumen oblast, Nižnetavdinskij District Court handed down a sentence against the 38-year-old Andrei Vedrova, accused in the death of a person in an accident. On the 20 February told BakuToday the press-service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tyumen region.

As found, on the night of October 24, 2011, the inhabitant of Tyumen Vedrov alcohol, being deprived of a driving license for driving drunk in a Suzuki Wagon R Solio “came to his friend in the village of Miyagi Nižnetavdinskogo district. Men began to drink alcohol, and when it had finished, they went for alcohol in a nearby village. While driving on forest road driver, the car crashed into a tree and overturned on the roof. The accident killed 35-year-old friend Vedrova.

The Court sentenced Vetrov to 3 years of imprisonment to be served in a colony-settlement.
