Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) provided the first tranche of “eco-Pure” to be imported into Armenia 25th. tons of grain in the framework of the Treaty on the granting of a credit line of up to $ 30 million to finance the purchase and transportation of grain of wheat in the Republic, the statement said the EDB.
The contract for the provision of credit resources to finance the purchase and transportation of grain of wheat in Armenia was signed in December 2010, in Moscow. At the same time, “eco-Pure” signed an agreement on the supply of wheat with the Russian State-owned company OAO “joint” grain company, which will be implemented at the expense of credit funds of Edb.
“This year at the markets of CIS countries there has been a difficult situation with regard to the grain of wheat, and the realization of this project will support the prices of bread and flour in the Republic of Armenia at an acceptable level.
