Most Web-videos of violations at the parliamentary elections in Russia in December last year were mounted. As reported by the official representative of the investigative Committee, Vladimir Markin, “most notably that all the videos were circulated from one server, which is located on the territory of the United States in the State of California”.
According to Markina, the investigation had been taken to the authors and customers of these videos that were recorded in Moscow, Moscow, Kemerovo, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen areas Tula and Krasnoyarsk Krai, Chuvashia and North Ossetia-Alania, as well as in St Petersburg and Yekaterinburg.
