The Prosecutor’s Office in Kaluga oblast sent investigators materials testing to resolve the question of criminal proceedings on forgery of certificates of State registration of rights and fraud. As reported by BakuToday Attorney-General of the Division of regional prosecutor Office Pavel Usachev, during testing it was found that one of the organizations carrying out business activities on the territory of the region, including on land management projects for the customer, design rights to land plots in garden non-profit partnership.
