The required documents for grant-making organizations, managers made the city administration in City Duma. If the deputies will be a positive solution, then the current repairs of roofs will begin in early August and fully completed in early October. For these purposes from the budget is planned to allocate 40 million rubles. That will renovate 30 homes, depending on their condition.
According to the orthogonal minimal need for repair of roofs in Tver is about 150 million rubles. Administration of Tver in 2012 will continue in this direction within the city target program, which plans to invest about 120 million rubles.
Lists of houses, which will host major overhaul of the roof, would be on a competitive basis. And the people themselves must take the initiative and apply for a subvention. At the same time people need to pay the costs of repairs. According to the document the city takes only 90% of the cost, residents pay 10%.
