Today, 6 April, Intel introduced the Ukraine 2nd Generation Processors Intel ™ Core ™ – the greatest achievement of the corporation’s history. The presentation was held in a joint art project “OIKOS” *. As reported by the company premiere took place in the national cultural center “Art arsenal” in the International Week of Contemporary Art “Space Odyssey” on the 50th anniversary of space exploration.
In Kiev, was presented one of the first in Ukraine science-art project “OIKOS”, which is an innovative, high-tech art object in the form of the human brain, through which every visitor to the project area in scale, color and dynamics could feel the close relationship of brain activity and the environment environment, and the example of the interaction of the right and left hemispheres to feel the continuity emotio-and ratio-in decisions to realize the need for balance between these parts of human nature. The authors of the project – Anna Naduda, Andrew Bazyuta and Mykola Skiba – sought to show the power and potential of the human brain, and its inextricable link of cause and sdedstvennuyu with innovation and technology, discoveries and progress. Along with the brain of man, all visitors can see the work of the “brain” of computer – the latest developments of Intel – Processor 2nd Generation Intel ™ Core ™.

Undeniable merits of the new processors from Intel introduced the marketing manager of Intel offices in Ukraine, Yuri Mykolyshin. The project “OIKOS” is the first part of the drive Intel “lifestyle” in which Intel Philippines and the Art Center ARTLAB plan to present and other art objects created by high technology.
Among the new technologies implemented in the processor, – Intel ™ Insider ™, Intel ™ Quick Sync Video, as well as the second version of the award-winning technology from Intel ™ Wireless Display (WiDi), which allows for the secure transmission of HD-content from a laptop to the TV. Now it includes support for high-definition video (1080 lines per frame progressive scan) and content protection from copying. 2nd generation processor Intel Core (microarchitecture processor, codenamed Sandy Bridge) combines the best in class performance and a new processing technology for 3D-graphics. Through the integration of Intel ™ HD Graphics on a single chip processor, manufactured in accordance with good 32-nanometer manufacturing process, new items offer even greater adaptive capacity than previous generation chips. This applies both to work with HD-content, as well as popular games.
New graphics technology are focused on areas most relevant to the modern user. Another unique element of the 2nd generation of Intel Core is Intel ™ Quick Sync Video. This technology is hardware acceleration eliminates the need to wait until the system has to cope with the processing of video, demonstrating the outstanding performance and allows to solve problems that previously required hours for a few minutes. In processors implemented technology upgrades Intel ™ Turbo Boost 2.0. It distributes the load on the core and graphics controller for high performance, offering a speed boost of just when it is needed.
Technology Intel ™ InTru ™ 3-D is designed to display the 3D-content on the devices high-definition video via HDMI 1.4, which enables even deeper dive into what is happening on screen.
