A resident of Kaluga Tatiana Cousin from found guilty of committing a knowingly false denunciation of the crime (Part 1 of Art. 306 of the Criminal Code).
As BelTA BakuToday Assistant Attorney Kaluga Olga Baikalova evening of December 4, 2010 spouse Kuzina on the highway Kaluga-Przemysl at owned her car VAZ-21 074 made a traffic accident.
In order to escape her husband administrative responsibility for the committed traffic accident, cousin called to the duty of the police department in Kaluga and reported the theft of the car, allegedly committed before the crash.
Investigative team with Kuzina, examined the crime scene, where the words of the applicant’s car was stolen. Then Cousin, being alert to criminal liability for knowingly false accusation personally wrote a statement about the theft, saying that an unknown person to her from 20:30 to 23:00 hours December 4, 2010 stole a car belonging to her.
During the inspection at the request of Kuzina found that for her crime has been committed, but it certainly falsely told law enforcement about the crime.
