Kaluzhskaya oblast among leaders of the FEDERAL DISTRICT on growth in the number of ACCIDENTS

 

In 2011, the Kaluga region has taken the second place in the CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT on growth in the number of ACCIDENTS, while some neighbouring regions fell road accidents/February 6 as correspondent BakuToday, according to the Administration, the media authority Governor, the main cause of increased accidents is low discipline of drivers. More than 90% of ACCIDENTS happened because of violations of traffic rules.

To address these issues, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Governor Anatoly Artamonov encouraged widespread adoption and maximum efficiency in the use of technical means of committing offences. Ministry of education and science of the field will have to take measures to improve the training of drivers in specialized organizations. Ministry of road management will work to improve the traffic conditions in concentrations of ACCIDENTS.
