The Council also elected two Deputy Director of the Department of shipbuilding industry Department Andriy and Constantin Antsiferov Kurasov. The representative of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION on the Board of Directors became Director of the Department of shipbuilding industry Department Leonid Strugs.
As we have informed, December 29, 2011, the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad oblast has sued of JSC “Sberbank” bankruptcy “baltiyskiy Zavod” OJSC. January 11, 2012, Federal Arbitration Court, Northwest District of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION rejected a complaint of “baltiyskiy Zavod” in the Court’s decision on the recovery in favor of Sberbank of Russia debt under the loan agreement amounting to 45.65 million roubles.
