Minimum wage workers in the budgetary sphere of Irkutsk area will remain at the level provided for a tripartite agreement, the Government of the Irkutsk region, regional union organizations of trade unions and the employer entered into a regional Union in 2011 year. The Decree was signed by Governor-President of the Government of the Irkutsk region, Dmitry Mezentsev told BakuToday 7 February in his press-service.
The document establishes that from 1 January of this year in Katangskom area of wages based incentive and compensation payment shall not be less than eight thousand two rubles. If the sum of all fees, subject to a full working time rules, some employees will be less, they are entitled to payment in the amount of left margin. In Bodajbinskom, Kazačinsko, Kirenskom, County-Mamsko-Chui and Ust-Kutskom areas of minimum wage is set at 7.041st. rubles. In Ust-ilimsk and Settlement areas-6.721st. rubles, the sister District 6.081st. rubles, in Žigalovskom and Kačugskom districts-5.761st. rubles. In the other municipalities of the additional payments to public sector workers will be made, if their wages below 5.121st. rubles.
Dmitry Mezentsev said that 31 December tripartite agreement expired validity on the minimum wage in the Irkutsk region for the 2011 year. Therefore, in the region could be reduced to the level of the minimum wage established by federal law, i.e. until 4.611 rubles. The head of the region explained that the signed order will remain in effect until a new agreement that will establish minimum wages for the year 2012.
