Moroccan telecommunications provider has selected Fujitsu to build its new IT platform

Today, 13 April, the corporation announced that Fujitsu, a leading provider of mobile services in Morocco, the company chose the solution Méditel Fujitsu to build its new IT platform, based on which network will be deployed NGIN 3G (intelligent next-generation network). Méditel company is the second largest Moroccan telecom service provider and has more than 10 million subscribers. The mobile market in Morocco continues to grow and its growth rate is 12% per year. Against the background of this rapid development and building plans for the future, the company undertook to update its Méditel ICT platform greatly increase its productivity, which will provide new services and use advanced features of the system. The new system allows NGIN in real time to data management, which include information about the subscriber, the duration of calls and their frequency, are needed mobile operator, working on prepaid calls.
