EU Calls on Azerbaijan's Opposition to be Patient After Boycott

BAKU, Nov 23 (AFP) - A top European Union envoy Tuesday urged Azerbaijan's opposition to be patient after it threatened not to take seats in parliament to protest against violations during parliamentary elections earlier this month.
