Between the Government of the Kaliningrad region and Siemens signed a letter of intent for cooperation in the preparation of the region to the World Cup in 2018. The agreement was signed by the President of Siemens in Russia and Central Asia, Vice President, Siemens AG Dietrich Möller, said correspondent BakuToday the press service of the regional government.
The main objective of the agreement-joint development of a preliminary technical concept of the football stadium at 45 thousand seats in Kaliningrad in compliance with all requirements and recommendations of FIFA in environmental engineering, energy efficiency, security, information and entertainment and other systems and technologies.
Buddy BakuToday stressed that the agreement does not lead to a financial or other obligations of the parties towards each other and not aimed at restricting competition.
In accordance with document will soon be established a working group consisting of representatives of regional Governments, as well as specialists and experts of the company Siemens. To create the main Kaliningrad pre-project detailed object of FM 2018 also plans to join Russian Association of sports facilities, which Siemens had reached agreement.
