“Novosibirsk has several advantages: the city attractive to live here permanently high housing need. At the meeting were announced major systemic problems the construction industry. This high cost of housing, lack of preparedness of engineering areas, the high cost of credit, which banks lend to developers.
Measures taken by the heads of departments of the City and region to promote development and reduce the cost of housing, inadequate, according to the authorized representative. He stressed the need to develop additional programs and solutions.

The meeting also noted the lack of budgetary resources, investment in the region of engineering infrastructure construction sites and the lack of appropriate programs. “The problem of providing citizens with housing is the area responsible entity of the Federation and municipal entity” – highlighted at the meeting Viktor Tolokonsky.
